A. Terms and Conditions
1. Rates are inclusive 10% Service Charge, 7% VAT and Breakfast for 1 or 2 persons.
2. Booking will be confirmed upon FULL PAYMENT of the total room accommodation.
3. Third person 12 years old and under is sharing accommodation but pays breakfast @ 200 Net Thai Baht per day.
4. Third person 13 years old and above pays extra bed with breakfast @ 1,200 Net Thai Baht per day.
5. Maximum occupancy per room is 3 persons.
6. Baby cot is free of charge.
7. Check In time is 14:00 P.M. and Check Out time is 12:00 NOON.
8. Request for early check out is subject to availability (Charge is 50% discount from room rate).
