- Less than Twenty One (21) Days before arrival during Low Season, One (1) night charge.
- Less than Fourteen Days (14) days before arrival during High Season, Two (2) nights charge.
- Less than Twenty One (21) days before arrival during Peak Season Three (3) nights charge.
- Early check out or no show on arrival date, full charge as per booking request.
- Any cases of refunds not covered by the cancellation policy, 50% Penalty Fee from the amount deposited will be deducted.
